Christen Eby, Physical Therapist
Executive Director of Treehouse Therapies
Christen is the founder and executive director of Treehouse Therapies. Christen has over 22 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy. She has worked in a variety of pediatric settings including private practice, hospital, home and schools. She has experience with aquatic therapy and Hippotherapy (PT using the horse as a treatment tool). Christen is passionate about working with children and making our community better for children and families with special needs.

Gail Smith, Physical Therapist
President
Gail Smith is a recently retired physical therapist who owned Sunriver Physical Therapy and La Pine Physical Therapy for over 30 years. She was born and raised in south-central Alaska. With her family, husband Jim, and two adult sons, she has enjoyed the Oregon outdoor lifestyle that includes hiking, and fishing. She loves to read and has been a part of a Sunriver book group for over 20 years. She is pleased to assist Treehouse Therapies as a board member and brings her wealth of knowledge as a physical therapist and clinic owner.

Becki Moore, Educator, Parent/Child Advocate
Vice President
Becki is an educator who spent 16 years teaching Human Development and Culinary at the Redmond School District. Becki has dedicated her career and time as an educator, and in her role as a mother to three beautiful girls, to child development and child advocacy. Treehouse Therapies is grateful to have Becki on our Board. As a parent of a child who relies on therapeutic services that Treehouse offers, Becki is able to bring a unique perspective to Treehouse Therapies that provides insight into parent/child access to healthcare and the community and the Unseen needs of family caregivers.

Catherine McCoy
Treasurer
Catherine is a semi-retired bookkeeper who brings over 40 years of accounting experience. She has served as a board member of Alyce Hatch Center (Early Intervention) and a few PTA boards. Catherine has 2 adult children 1 of which received 12 years of hippo therapy and is currently a Certified Instructor and Equine Specialist at the very same facility where she received her therapy!

Dr. Ryan Kearney
Dr Kearney is a pediatrician at Summit Health in Bend, OR. He is board certified in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. As a local pediatrician Dr Kearney offers insights into referral needs as well as family and community needs. Dr Kearney is a father of three young children and also understands the parent’s perspective in all that we do.

- Bekah Bria
- Bekah is the mother of four and joined the Treehouse Board to speak from the parent perspective. Her children have received services from Treehouse and other local practices in the areas of PT, OT, Speech and Behavioral Health. She is passionate about respecting parent's voice in the needs of their children as well as about education for parents to be best equipped for aiding their children when they've been given a diagnosis. Bekah has been in Central Oregon along with her husband since 2007 and loves this community. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Colorado Christian University and currently spends her time managing her family's needs, volunteering in multiple ways, and advocating at the state and federal level for families.
