April Tranby, PT
April earned a Masters in Physical Therapy from University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington in 1998. She brings extensive experience from working in a variety of physical therapy settings, treating both pediatrics and adults in their homes, clinics, in hospital settings, and in the schools. April went on to continue her education by becoming certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment for Pediatrics. Through life experiences of adopting children with special needs, April has studied Trust Based Relational Intervention and enjoys applying these concepts of building trust with her clients and families in her treatment of children with a history of trauma. She has had the unique privilege of having a front row seat watching Treehouse Therapies change and grow over the years while bringing her children to therapy, and is very excited to be a part of the amazing team of therapists at Treehouse.
When April is not working, you would likely see her enjoying the outdoors with her big and diverse family. She enjoys hiking, camping, running, and skiing in all the beautiful forests and mountains around Bend.
